That's the whole point of dynamic: the printed code never changes, but you can log in to your account and update the destination whenever you want - a new menu, an updated link, a different phone number. If it's a static QR code, the information is permanently locked inside the pattern and cannot be changed.

Can I turn a dynamic QR code back into a static one?

No, and this is intentional. Once a QR code is dynamic, the printed version encodes a redirect link - not your actual destination. Switching it to static would break every printed copy already out in the world. If you need a static version, simply create a new QR code.

Yes. Every paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial - no credit card required to start. You get full access to all the features of the plan during the trial. If you decide it's not for you, just cancel before the 14 days are up and you won't be charged.

If a code hits its monthly limit, scans are blocked until the next billing cycle. You'll receive an email warning at 80%, 90%, and 100% of your limit so you're never caught off guard.

My QR code isn't scanning. What should I do?

First check that the code isn't too small, blurry, or damaged - QR codes need to be at least 2 cm × 2 cm to scan reliably. Make sure the contrast is high (dark pattern on a light background).
