Mi-QR provides a QR code generation and management platform. The Service allows users to create static and dynamic QR codes, customize their appearance, track scan analytics, and manage QR code campaigns. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You may not use Mi-QR to create QR codes that link to malicious, fraudulent, or harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice.

The Service, including its design, logos, and code, is owned by Mi-QR and protected by intellectual property laws. QR codes you create using the Service are yours to use, but you grant Mi-QR a limited license to store and process them as necessary to provide the Service. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service itself.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mi-QR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mi-QR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
